Ezzat Abu Auf's sister: We are still waiting for his return!

Dr. Mervat Abu Auf, the sister of the late artist Izzat Abu Auf, revealed the fact that her brother wanted to burn his artwork before his death, explaining that this was not true at all.

Mervat said, during her meeting on the "Inbox" program broadcast on the Egyptian channel "Sada Al-Balad", that Ezzat was proud of all his works.

She added that there were one or two things he did while going through financial problems for his mother's illness and regret them, stressing that her brother was calling for honoring the artists in their lives.

She recounted her memories after the death of her brother, noting that the family did not adapt to the fact that the deceased was no longer present, but they still considered him to be with them, but he was on a journey and waiting for his return.

She mentioned that he had close colleagues with him in the artistic community, the most important of whom were Mahmoud Kabil, Yousra, and Menna Shalaby, and they shared his birthday celebration.

She explained that the late entered art since he was seventeen years old, and even during his medical school studies, he played Western music.
