2. Persons arriving in Ningxia in a districted city (a municipality directly under the Central Government is a district or county, the same below) are in low-risk areas, and they can move freely with the green code of their health code and normal body temperature.
3. Those arriving in Nanjing with a history of living in low-risk areas where the medium and high-risk areas are divided into districts and cities must hold a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours (or be able to show a health code that includes a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours).
