The notice stated that the general public are requested not to go out unless necessary, to minimize inter-provincial movement, and to avoid going to overseas, domestic high school risks, and areas where local epidemics occur.

The notice requires that people who have lived in high-risk areas in China and have a red code in Yunnan’s health code in the past 14 days, please consciously cooperate to do a 14-day centralized isolation medical observation (time starting from leaving the local area), and 4 times during the period (No. 1 , 4, 7, 14 days) Nucleic acid test; in the past 14 days, people who have lived in a medium-risk area in China and have a yellow code in Yunnan’s health code shall provide a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours at the time of entry.
