Using Ningxia specialty products as ingredients and supplemented by Western cooking methods, Wan Yuqin met Ningxia Yinchuan in the "Taste Journey" and promoted the local specialty products in this "inclusive" way.

  Our main focus is Western-style fusion cuisine, or it is not entirely Western-style. The main focus should be local (food ingredients). In fact, we want to promote some local ingredients, like our wines, and some wines are congratulated. The wine from the eastern foot of the Lanshan Mountains is served with these western foods. It is some local ingredients made with western methods, such as Yanchitan sheep. We have Yanchitan sheep, and then we use American smoked barbecue methods to process them, and then there are some local ingredients. Local Wagyu.

  [Commentary] Wan Yuqin became attached to Ningxia in 2017.

At that time, she decided to come to Yinchuan, Ningxia, her husband's hometown, and work with him in the catering industry.

At that time, she was worried: Can Taiwan's sweeter food culture be recognized by the Northwestern China?

After arriving in Ningxia, all worries were resolved.

  When I first started a business, I actually had a half-and-half mentality, that is, a half-successful and generally failed mentality. The mentality of possible failure is greater than the mentality of success, because at that time, I did not understand the local consumption habits and (and) diet of Yinchuan. Culture, (unexpectedly) acceptance is very large, and they are particularly willing to try new things. When they come in and taste good, they will become regular customers.

  [Explanation] Aside from food, the speed of Ningxia's development also surprised Wan Yuqin. In her imagination, Ningxia is a scene of "solitary smoke in the desert", and when she came here, the license plate was automatically recognized and modernized. The community made her sigh.

  When I arrived in Yinchuan, I realized that there was a leap forward here.

To put it simply, our Taipei did not have license plate recognition at that time. Automatic license plate recognition entered the parking lot, but it was there when I first arrived.

Then the community here is in my impression, the community should be a small area, but here is a community of seven (eight) buildings, and then the elevator building, a very large area, but you (Yinchuan) here are called Community.

  [Explanation] Today, Wan Yuqin and her husband have expanded to 3 restaurants in Yinchuan.

She met many diners and friends in Yinchuan, and they always presented her with gifts during the holidays, which moved Wan Yuqin, who was far away from home, very much.

  Many of our customers have become friends afterwards. Like our first guest, he has been in a good relationship with (and) us up to now. The most touching thing was the opening at that time, and then he painted by himself. I was very moved by an oil painting, and that oil painting is still on our leading stand.

  [Explanation] Five years have given Wan Yuqin a new understanding of Ningxia, and she has also deeply felt the friendship of the Northwest.

She laughed and said that Yinchuan is her own "good place" for entrepreneurship.
