According to JR East, due to an accident resulting in injury or death on the premises of Tachikawa Station, the
Chuo Line Rapid Train operates on all lines between Tokyo Station and Takao Station, and the Ome Line operates on both the upper and lower lines between Tachikawa Station and Ome Station. I hadn't seen it, but I just resumed operation at 8:38 pm.
