On August 17, the first batch of 22 tons of medical oxygen in Heilongjiang Province was exported to Russia through the Manzhouli port. This is the first time that the port has exported medical oxygen to Russia. In the next month, Heilongjiang will continue to export 300 tons of medical oxygen to Russia.
At the end of July, the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Heilongjiang Province received news about Russia’s plan to import medical oxygen from Heilongjiang, and actively coordinated with Harbin Liming Gas Co., Ltd., the largest liquid oxygen producer in Northeast China, and worked closely with the province’s transportation, commerce and customs departments. , To promote the export of liquid oxygen to Russia.
According to the staff of the Russian Consulate General in Harbin, Heilongjiang will regularly provide liquid oxygen to Russia through the Manzhouli-Zabaikalsk highway port in the future.
These liquid oxygen are all exported to Russia's Irkutsk region for the treatment of patients with new coronary pneumonia.
