The notice pointed out that recently, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and the Municipal Public Security Bureau and other departments have conducted inspections of off-campus training institutions that conduct subject training in violation of regulations. The institutions that are found during the inspection to conduct subject training without a school permit or in disguised form are now notified as follows:

  1. Beijing Ruihuisi Education Consulting Co., Ltd., Address: 2nd Floor, Hopson Plaza, No. 8, Yongwaiguoyuan, Fengtai District, Beijing.

  2. Beijing Feichang International Education Consulting Co., Ltd., Address: 2nd Floor, Building 6, Caoqiao North District, Fengtai District.

  According to the report, relevant law enforcement agencies will impose penalties on the above-mentioned problems.

All districts in Beijing must continue to intensify inspections, comprehensively strengthen the supervision of discipline-related off-campus training, and strictly investigate and deal with violations.

  All off-campus training institutions must strictly follow the minors protection law and other relevant regulations and the "double reduction" policy requirements, carry out training activities in accordance with laws and regulations, and must not occupy national statutory holidays, rest days, and winter and summer vacations to organize subject training.
