Brooke Shields has decided to part ways with her luxurious villa in Pacific Palisades, a highly sought after area of Los Angeles and located, as its name suggests, along the Pacific.
It is a vast house of nearly 500 square meters with the appearance of a chalet.
In fact, woodwork is omnipresent in this very rustic decorated house which is more of the Swiss chalet than the Californian villa.
A slightly outdated and timeless atmosphere emanates from this residence which, surprisingly, was built in 1982 as The Dirt notes.
Brooke Shields put it on the market for just over $ 8 million, more than double what she paid over 20 years ago, right after her marriage to Andre Agassi.

Married since 2001 to screenwriter and producer Chris Henchy, Brooke Shields spends most of her time in New York and her California property had been rented for a long time.
It would have been occupied by Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner a few years ago, while they were renovating the house they had bought nearby.
