Ding Xiaoping, deputy director of the Nanjing Municipal Health Commission, introduced that at 0-24 o'clock on the 13th, there were no new confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia and asymptomatic infections in Nanjing.

  Recently, Nanjing has repeatedly confirmed "zero new cases" in a single Japanese soil.

  Ding Xiaoping introduced that after meticulous treatment by medical staff and expert evaluation, 8 more confirmed patients reached the discharge standard and will be transferred to designated hospitals for rehabilitation on the 14th.

As of 24:00 on August 13, a total of 235 local confirmed cases have been reported in this round of the epidemic, and 44 cases have been discharged.

  Ding Xiaoping introduced that currently, 191 local confirmed cases in Nanjing are being treated at the Nanjing Public Health Medical Center, of which 39 are mild and 152 are ordinary. At present, all patients are in stable condition.

  In terms of risk level delineation, after evaluation by the epidemic prevention and control expert group, the epidemic risk level of some areas in Nanjing has been adjusted since the 14th: Jingmingjiayuan Community, Tiexinqiao Street, Yuhuatai District, Guocun Natural Village, Xinlin Village, Chunhua Street, Jiangning District Medium-risk areas are adjusted to low-risk areas.

The risk level of other regions remains unchanged.

After the adjustment, Nanjing City still has 1 high-risk area and 4 medium-risk areas, all in Jiangning District.

  Ding Jie, deputy director of the Nanjing Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said that starting August 1, except for Jiangning District, all vaccination sites in Nanjing began to resume COVID-19 vaccination. As of August 13, 661,000 people had been vaccinated.
