The Suixian People's Government of Suizhou City, Hubei Province reported on the 13th that according to preliminary investigations, this round of heavy rainfall caused more than 8,000 people in Liulin Town to be affected, 21 people died and 4 people lost contact.
The local urgently dispatched instant noodles, bread, mineral water, masks and other daily necessities to ensure that the affected people could eat hot meals and drink clean water.
