　　Xiaowutai Mountain National Nature Reserve is located in Yuxian and Zhuolu County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. It was approved by the State Council in July 2002 and was promoted from a provincial nature reserve to a national nature reserve. The main protection object is warm temperate forest ecosystems. 　　In the middle of the night on July 11 this year, 16 mountaineering enthusiasts evaded the infrared video surveillance cameras at bayonet and ditch, climbed the mountain ridge and entered the Xiaowutaishan National Nature Reserve illegally.

Due to the torrential rain, 16 people were trapped in the valley terraces of the Chiyabaogou forest area in Taohua Town, Yuxian County at 6:30 in the morning of July 12.

At 6 o'clock on July 10th, they took a minibus and entered Zhangjiakou City. They arrived at Zhangjiayao Village, Baishu Township, Yuxian County at 1 o'clock in the morning on July 11, and stayed in the farmyard in the village.

　　Article 27 of the Nature Reserve Regulations stipulates that anyone is prohibited from entering the core area of ​​the nature reserve.

If it is necessary to enter the core area to engage in scientific research observation and survey activities due to the needs of scientific research, an application and activity plan shall be submitted to the nature reserve management agency in advance, and approved by the nature reserve management agency; among them, enter the national nature reserve The core area shall be approved by the relevant nature reserve administrative department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government.

　　Article 29 of the Regulations on Nature Reserves stipulates that for the development of visits and tourism activities in the experimental areas of the nature reserve, the nature reserve management agency shall prepare a plan, and the plan shall meet the management objectives of the nature reserve.

Organizations of visits and tourism activities in nature reserves shall be carried out in strict accordance with the plans stipulated in the preceding paragraph and management shall be strengthened; units and individuals who enter the nature reserves to visit and travel shall obey the management of the nature reserves management agencies.

In July 2016, after entering the Xiaowutai Mountain Reserve, some “allies” used shovels and other tools to savagely dig meadows and set up camping tents on exposed bare soil. Some of them even picked and destroyed wild nasturtiums.

After the above-mentioned uncivilized behaviors of the "Asses" were exposed, it attracted the attention of relevant departments and public opinion. The Xiaowutai Mountain Nature Reserve clearly prohibited unrelated persons from entering the reserve in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and violated laws and regulations that damage the natural ecological environment.
