On the authority of a Lebanese journalist: Najwa Karam's groom, an Emirati businessman, and the wedding in September

The Lebanese journalist, Elie Bassil, revealed the identity of the groom of the Lebanese artist, Najwa Karam, and the date of the wedding.

In a video clip posted on YouTube, Basil said that Najwa's future husband is an Emirati businessman, born in 1980, about 15 years younger than her.

Bassil added that the wedding will take place next September.

According to the "Lebanon 24" website, Bassil confirmed that Najwa Karam will not move to live in the Emirates, adding: "She does not want to leave Lebanon, but rather moved her fiancé with her to Lebanon."

He added that the groom "married and separated twice, has two sons, and got acquainted with Najwa Karam in 2017. They lived a beautiful love story for 4 years before they made the decision to officially marry."

Last July, the Lebanese singer Najwa Karam released a new version of her famous song "Magrouma", with a video clip bearing the signature of director Hassan Ghaddar, and the clip was a surprise with a special appearance by the Syrian artist Moatasem Al-Nahar.

Najwa Karam had released the song “Magrouma” written by Issam Zughaib and composed by Joseph Juha in 1998. The song achieved wide fame at that time. After 23 years, “Shams Al-Ghaniya” surprised its audience with a new version of it in 2021, written and composed by Nabil Khoury. Distributed by Danny Helou.
