Actor Lee Ji-hoon recently revealed an anecdote that he underwent major surgery in an accident while filming a drama.
Lee Ji-hoon appeared as a guest on the MBC entertainment program 'Radio Star', which was broadcast on the 11th.
On this day's broadcast, Lee Ji-hoon said that he recently underwent major surgery and drew attention by revealing the dizzying experience of being stabbed by a knife while filming the drama.
Lee Ji-hoon explained the situation at the time, saying, "Recently, while filming an action scene for a drama, I was hit in the head and nose with a knife. I heard a tinnitus at the scene and collapsed, but it was bleeding, but it was the last filming, so I took care of it."
After filming, the injured part was swollen and he ate anti-inflammatory drugs and slept in the filming the next day.
Lee Ji-hoon, who went straight to the hospital, was diagnosed with 'deviated septum', in which the septum, the wall that divides the nostrils, is bent, and immediately prepared for surgery.
Lee Ji-hoon said, "It is a disease that almost everyone in Korea has, but it was aggravated by trauma. It was not a dangerous operation, but the operation was very scary."
Lee Ji-hoon continued, "I got in a wheelchair and went to the operating table and said, 'I don't think I told my family that I love you. If I can't wake up, please tell my mother that I love you.' Until the last moment when he was given the anesthetic, he said, 'I absolutely love you...'. And I have no memory of it."
