Sports federations officials .. and the position of the dead!

The situation of the dead, is the one that passes to the officials of the sports federations currently, after the new failure in their participation in the Tokyo Olympics, the matter passed unnoticed, no statements, no excuses, and no explanation for the reasons for the failure, and consequently, there is no one who will take responsibility, and there will be no one to admit Failed, submits his resignation and leaves room for others!
The reasons for failure are clear to everyone, they do not need in-depth studies, nor extensive analyzes, and they do not need foreign experts to tell us about them. For us and the sports community, they are crystal clear, and include the entire sports system, starting with players and administrators, to clubs and then sports federations, and before that All the defects that occurred in school sports, it is the most prominent weaknesses that prevent the emergence of an Olympic star and champion, and search all over the world, you will not find a hero who suddenly appeared at a late age, all of them started from very early years and from schools!
In the past, we had beautiful ideas, but financial capabilities were the most prominent obstacles to the progress of sports, but today, despite the availability of financial capabilities, and sports facilities, the creative ideas that contribute to the manufacture of Olympic champions are sterile, we really lack the creative administrative competencies that can lead the federations Sports to make stars on a world level, we are proud of them, and we raise our necks with them, while they hoist the country’s flag, and wear gold, in an important international sports event like the Olympics!
Where did school sports go, through which the step for the emergence of sports champions begins? Why did it disappear forever? Where are the different competitions between schools in individual and team games? And where are the school championships in the same emirate, then the school championships at the level of the Emirates? All of that has disappeared, and there is no longer any spawning for athletes, and they are at an early age capable of being shaped and transformed into a sporting material suitable for regional and then global competition, and for the record, without the return of this school sports activity, we will never have a new Olympic medal, that will never happen, except by naturalization Is it an appropriate direction?
Certainly there are other reasons, which everyone knows, and they are clear to everyone, and without addressing them, our sport will never progress, but I still insist that the right start must start from schools, and that focusing on one game is useless and unhelpful, and will not add to the Emirates any achievement. Never global. Is it time for us to reshape our sport and re-shake it to put in place new work systems and scientific mechanisms that cancel all the mistakes of current sports work, and establish a new sporting stage, or will the situation continue as it is?
The sports officials will remain in the dead position for a short period, and then go out again to talk about their activity and their readiness for a new championship, without ever referring to what happened in Tokyo, as if what happened was a very normal, ineffective and not worth stopping at!
