Starting from August 4, the province has completed a nucleic acid test for 15 key populations within 3 days. The number of people who should be tested is 1,520,300, and 1,520,300 have been tested. The completion rate is 100%, and the results are all negative.
[Explanation] It is reported that the key populations mainly include close contacts, foreign immigrants, fever clinic patients, new hospitalized patients and accompanying personnel, port quarantine and border inspection personnel, and employees who have direct contact with frozen and refrigerated cold chain food.
[Explanation] According to data from the Hubei Provincial Health Commission, as of 24:00 on August 6, Hubei had reported a total of 31 local confirmed cases without severe cases; a total of 38 local asymptomatic infections had been reported.
The infected persons were distributed in Wuhan, Jingmen, Huanggang, Ezhou, Jingzhou and Xianning.

At present, the first cases in each region are related cases or close contacts of a certain tour group in Huai'an, Jiangsu. Subsequent cases are actively discovered in close contact investigations, quarantine areas, and circulatory areas.

Li Yang introduced that Wuhan has implemented sealing and control management on 157 communities. The closed communities and construction sites have implemented personnel "only entry but no exit", strictly restricting the flow of personnel; other medium-risk areas outside Wuhan have adopted sealing control measures.

The six places of Huanggang, Jingzhou, Wuhan, Jingmen, Ezhou, and Xianning have all adopted the fastest and strictest prevention and control measures. The medium-risk areas are delineated based on the confirmed cases, and the closed areas are delineated around the track of the confirmed cases and their close contacts. Implement on-site isolation and multiple rounds of nucleic acid screening for all personnel in the control area.
