The "Notice" requires all localities and authorities in Wuxi to follow the principle of "who is in charge, who supervises, who enforces the law, who supervises", to further improve political positions, consolidate responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control, strengthen supervision and inspection, and ensure implementation.
