[Explanation] The Red Cube People Exhibition Hall is located in a residential area in Zhangjiadian community. Before the opening, this is a waste recycling station. The recycling station is set up by a resident who uses his own house. Inside and outside the house, large amounts of scrap iron and glass are piled up all year round. Waste products such as bottles, cans, and waste paper shells affect environmental sanitation, and the noise is annoying to the people, and the surrounding residents complain.
The community has also persuaded residents to complain, but the effect is not good.

Their husbands are unable to work due to illness, and there are still elderly and children in the family who need to take care of them. In order to resolve this contradiction, in 2020, the community and the resident reached an agreement after many consultations, letting the community rent his house and help him find another business place.
[Explanation] Subsequently, member units of the "big party committee" of the Zhangjiadian community jointly funded the transformation of the recycling station into the Red Cube People Exhibition Hall.
The reporter saw that the exhibition hall totaled 165 square meters, containing military items and study notes of community retired pilots, as well as handicrafts made from recycled materials.
