However, at some point, Baek Kwang-seok's obsession grew, which led to frequent fights and revealed his violence. And as they prepared to open a restaurant in May, the couple's conflict reached a climax. Baek Kwang-seok hit Hye-eun's head with a cup. From that moment on, journeys that crossed the line of Baek Gwang-seok began. He threw away or destroyed Hye-eun's belongings, which led to assault each time. Baek Kwang-seok admits to most of the charges after the arrest, but denies intentionality and insists that it was an accidental murder. However, when he traced his actions on the day of the incident, his crimes did not appear to have been accidental.
