According to data from the Henan Provincial Health Commission, from July 31 to 24:00 on August 5, the province has reported a total of 21 local confirmed cases and 102 local asymptomatic infections.
In order to support the overall situation of epidemic prevention and control, the notice stated that those who do not obey the epidemic prevention command, disrupt the epidemic prevention order, insult or beat medical staff, and epidemic prevention staff shall be given public security penalties in accordance with the law, and those who constitute a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.
The circular stated that when any unit or individual accepts prevention and control measures such as investigation, inspection, sample collection, isolation and treatment of infectious diseases by disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions, they shall provide the relevant information truthfully, and shall not conceal, postpone, falsely report or instruct.
