For the volume of square dance activities, Harbin City has also made clear regulations: in residential, medical and health, cultural education, scientific research and design, administrative offices and other areas, the ambient noise between 6 am and 22:00 during the day shall not exceed 55 decibels , The ambient noise during the period from 22:00 at night to 6:00 the next day does not exceed 45 decibels.
