Algerian artist Ibrahimi Al-Saeed, known as Said Helmy, died after his health deteriorated due to infection with the Corona virus, at the age of 82.

The "National Office of Copyright" in Algeria had revealed a few days ago that the artist's health condition is very difficult and critical.

Algerian President Abdel Majid Taboun mourned the late artist on the page of the Presidency of the Republic via “Facebook”, saying: “I received with affection and sorrow the news of the transfer of the late artist Said Helmy, next to the Lord of Glory, affected by his injury to Corona, which the Lord Almighty took over, with mercy and forgiveness.”

He added: "In these painful moments, we bid farewell to one of the celebrities who contributed with their talents and creativity to enriching television and film productions over many years, and left their clear imprints in many purposeful and upscale artworks, and he deservedly deservedly deserved respect from the audience interested in culture and art in our country. and respect.”

And he continued: “In the face of this great loss, I go to the family of the deceased and to the cultural and artistic family, with my sincere condolences and the most sincere feelings of sympathy, praying to the Almighty God to cover him with his wide mercy, dwell in his vast gardens, and inspire everyone beautiful patience and solace.
