George Clooney has been warmly thanked by the people of the Lake Como area whom he has come to the aid of in recent days.
Torrential rains fell in northern Italy last week, causing mudslides that destroyed several infrastructure and homes, including in Laglio, where the Oscar-winning actor was spending his holidays in his villa.
And he did not hesitate to immediately roll up his sleeves to help his neighbors in need and suggest that the mayor put his fame at the service of a fundraiser.
An attitude that deeply touched the Italians who celebrated the actor for his good heart.
Especially since his generosity did not stop there: he posed with anyone who asked him to.
Kindness
As can be seen on social media, many residents of Laglio posted photos of themselves with George Clooney.
Thus, Daniela Colombo, neighbor of the star's vacation home, greeted her "big heart" in caption of a selfie, adding in hashtag "he will help us" and "rebuild".
He also visited the Bottega Da Luciano and posed with the waiters, as well as with the boss who paid him a nice tribute.
