On August 1, drones took aerial photos of the Jiangkou ancient battlefield site in Pengshan District, Meishan City, Sichuan Province. The Jiangkou ancient battlefield site has sunk to the bottom due to the high water period because the Minjiang River and Fuhe River entered the high water period.
The site of the ancient battlefield at Jiangkou, Pengshan, Sichuan is one of the top ten new archaeological discoveries in China in 2017. More than 42,000 cultural relics have been discovered. It is a major archaeological discovery in the field of Ming and Qing history in this century.
