  Wu Guoding, deputy governor of the Henan Provincial Government, announced at the press conference that as of 12:00 on August 2, a total of 150 counties (cities, districts), 1,663 townships, and 14.531,600 people were affected in Henan Province.

The province organized emergency shelters for 933,800 people, with a peak of 1,470,800 transfers and resettlement; 30,616 houses and 8,9001 houses collapsed; the area of ​​crops affected by the disaster was 16.356 million mu, the area affected by the disaster was 8.723 million mu, the area with no harvest was 3.802 million mu, and the direct economic loss was 11.4269 100 million yuan.
