The two suspected of violating the Foreign Exchange Law in March and May last year, alleging that they illegally exported "spray dryers," whose exports were restricted because they could be used in the manufacture of biological weapons, to China and other countries. He was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department and subsequently charged.



The two were detained for nearly a year until they were released on bail in February, and the first trial was scheduled to be held on August 3, but according to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, they re-investigated based on the lawyer's allegations. , It turns out that the exported equipment may not be subject to regulation, and the indictment was canceled on July 30.



The company's adviser, who was arrested with the two in the case, died after being charged.
