[Explanation] Chen Yingxin is almost a household name in Hong Kong. In 2021, she has just been awarded the Community Service Certificate of the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. She has been in politics for many years. As a member of the Hong Kong Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong and the Federation of Trade Unions, Chen Yingxin also served from 2016 to 2019 District Councillor of Lai Kok Constituency, Sham Shui Po District Council.
And what made her widely known is her several speeches at the UN Human Rights Council.

I have participated in three United Nations speeches, two of which were official meetings of the United Nations, and one of which was hosted by our country.
I want to talk about what happened in Hong Kong from the perspective of a patriot.
[Explanation] On March 15, 2021, Chen Yingxin, as the youth representative of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, gave a speech at the 46th session of the UN Human Rights Council. Hong Kong patriot Wu Shuqing was retaliated by Hong Kong radicals after the UN Human Rights Council told the truth about the situation in Hong Kong. After she (Wu Shuqing) returned to Hong Kong, she was attacked by gangsters, and her family business was affected. Many gangsters went to her groups and shops to destroy them. I think we need to let the international platform let the western world know about this. , Are these gangsters doing Hong Kong’s good?
[Explanation] Chen Yingxin hopes to tell the international community that the Hong Kong National Security Law not only restores the rule of law and order in Hong Kong, but also protects the human rights of Hong Kong residents. She said that this is completely contrary to the description of the Western world.

My second speech is in June this year (2021). My speech is (about) the Group of Seven (G7), because this small group of groups makes irresponsible remarks on our country’s internal affairs, but they don’t Represents the so-called international standard.
What I want to tell everyone is that the United Kingdom actually has a national security law, so let the national security law do things for the people.
[Explanation] For a long time, Chen Yingxin has insisted on shooting videos to tell Chinese stories, commenting on current events in Hong Kong, and is committed to presenting the truth and awakening the national pride of more Hong Kong citizens.
Chen Yingxin believes that most Hong Kong people have seeds of patriotism in their hearts.

I remember that the 2008 Beijing Olympics in China was the highest point of Hong Kong’s national identity for Chinese people. High-definition TV was not popular at the time, but many Hong Kong families would buy a high-definition TV specifically to watch the Chinese women’s volleyball team. At that time, we would rather stand in the mall. We don't want to go home to watch the women's volleyball match. We will watch there together. Because of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, our feelings for the country are even stronger.
[Explanation] Chen Yingxin believes that the current Hong Kong is gradually returning to the right track, and it is the right time for young people to do a lot of things.
She hopes that young people in Hong Kong will seize the opportunity to be the masters of the times and work together to change Hong Kong's chronic diseases.

We can return to (focus on) people’s livelihood work, and no longer need to be caught in the political whirlpool. When our Legislative Council can function normally, we can return to people’s livelihood work and deal with the sub-houses and cage homes that have been criticized in Hong Kong for many years. In the future In Hong Kong, there will be no more subdivided houses or cage homes.
I think this is a great encouragement to the grassroots families of Hong Kong citizens, and I hope we can work hard in this direction.
