Maria Dion Gokan, of Ivorian origin, is one of the rare African women to work as a coffee specialist.
Through its range: Rituel Café, it wishes to give back its letters of nobility to this plant which is consumed in all its forms.
She crisscrosses the plantations, goes to meet producers in search of the best coffee vintages from Africa.
Nothing stops her from a coffee maker and roaster.
