Learn about the foods that cause kidney stones

A Russian doctor explained during a television interview that there are foodstuffs whose regular consumption leads to the formation of stones in the kidneys, as reported by "RT Arabic", quoting "Novositi".

And the Russian doctor, Alexander Myasnikov, indicated that excessive consumption of foods rich in animal fats, such as meat, as well as salt and sugar, should be avoided, because they contribute to the formation of calcium stones.

He said, "Grapefruit juice is an excellent food, but it increases the risk of stone formation, as well as vitamin C when taken in large doses."

He added that the other reason for the formation of stones in the kidneys is taking calcium tablets.
