On July 29, the construction site of the glass bridge in the Bashan Grand Canyon in Xuanhan County, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, was in full swing and will soon be completed and opened.
The glass bridge has a span of 680 meters, a drop of 380 meters, and can carry 500 people. It is planned to be officially opened to the public in August 2021.
The bridge is designed in accordance with highway bridge standards, and the large-span glass suspension bridge enriches the landscape diversity of Bashan Grand Canyon.
Visitors stand on the bridge and look at the mountains from far and near as if a group of tortoises climb up the mountain. They are vivid and full of gestures.
