This Wednesday morning,

L'Indépendant

tells us that the mayor of Pollestres, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, has decided to close the city's leisure center, after a child has tested positive for Covid-19.

Jean-Charles Moriconi thus preferred not to take any risk and immediately warned all families so that they come to pick up their children as quickly as possible.

"We immediately phoned all the parents to invite them to come and pick up the kids and we asked them to have them tested," responded the mayor of this small town in the Pyrénées-Orientales.

The recreation center should reopen within a week, time to ensure that a cluster has not emerged.
