According to the forecaster, on July 27-28 in the south of Siberia - in Khakassia, in the center and in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, very heavy rain, thunderstorm, hail, wind will be observed.

“Really cold weather will be in the Urals and in the Tomsk, Omsk, Novosibirsk regions,” added Vilfand.

He also clarified that the dangerous rise of the river continues on the Amur. 

Separately, the forecaster added that along with all this, intense heat will be observed in Evenkia and Taimyr.
