Zaki Fateen Abdel Wahab recounted the details of the incident, and wrote through his personal account on “Facebook”: “Today, I was robbed in the street at about 3:00. I went to charge the electricity meter card .. and I was tired and decided to take a taxi home .. I could not walk. And before the taxi was stopped, I was carrying the needs in a plastic bag. The need fell on the ground.”

He added: "They took me, followed by four.. One of them said he didn't want to be an artist. We're going to get her, and they started doing things.. Just a matter of seconds.. I went home.. I looked in the bag, I didn't have the wallet.. And I threw the bag open from the side with a mousse or a cutter.. A very clever theft.. Thank God the paper was in the shirt pocket.. They took the wallet with money only.”

Regarding his health, he said: “I have completed 15 sessions on the brain, and I am currently in the process of undergoing a lung x-ray, because the tumor is active again, and I will do an atomic scan on the bone, and then I will go to treat severe abdominal pain, and all this will be determined during the next week.” .
