China News Service, Zhoushan, July 26 (Zhang Yuhuan, Huang Ling and Yi Zhang Yudi) What does a typhoon day mean for the people in the coastal areas of Zhejiang?

In Zhoushan, Zhejiang, 24 hours after the landing of Typhoon No. 6 this year, reporters from China News Service tried to find the answer on the front line of Taiwan defense.

The center of "Fireworks" landed in Putuo District, Zhoushan City at around 12:30 on the 25th.

When it landed, Zhoushan's situation was somewhat "calm".

There was no dark cloud as expected, but the wind and rain stopped and the sky was slightly bright.

In the afternoon of that day, there was heavy and sometimes light rain, and there was no strong wind.

There is still stagnant water in parts of Zhoushan.

On the evening of the 25th, in a hotel in the center of Zhoushan, the wind and rain outside the room on the 13th floor were much heavier than when it landed. The reporter could clearly feel the wind roaring outside the window.

By the morning of the 26th, the rain continued to flow, but the wind was not as strong as yesterday, and the "resistance" felt a lot less when the umbrella went forward.

"I came to the supermarket to buy ingredients." Outside a small supermarket, local Zhang Kai first came out with large bags and small bags. After experiencing many typhoons, he had long been accustomed to it. Shopping will not be inconvenient."

He said that every time a typhoon comes, except for the heavy rainfall that causes some water to accumulate on the road, the impact on the outside world is not great. "It just feels like a heavy rain."

The staff rushed to repair the transformer.

During the day, the shops in the Zhoushan city center business district are basically open, and some shops still have sandbags piled up at the door.

The delivery worker Liu Yugan said, “After taking a day off yesterday, I will continue to take orders today.” The store where he usually picks up meals on weekdays is basically open as usual, and the business is pretty good.

In terms of traffic, as of 15:00 on the 26th, nearly a hundred local 248 bus routes have been restored.

The water supply and power supply in Zhoushan have basically remained normal.

As the typhoon landed, many people in this city continue to work and live on the original "track".

And behind this "light cloud and light wind", who is going forward with the burden?

The reporter came to the Seaside Park in Dinghai District, Zhoushan City, not far from the sea.

The river in Dinghai District passes here. At this time, the water level at the estuary of the outer river has increased and pressure has increased on the inland river. Sun Hongtao, deputy head of the Zhoushan Base of the National Emergency Rescue of Hazardous Chemicals, and his team are conducting forced drainage.

“Rivers in Dinghai area usually need to be drained into the sea, but under heavy rains, large flow and forced drainage are needed to reduce stagnant water and avoid urban waterlogging.” Sun Hongtao said that the system used was originally for fire fighting, and water can be poured into it. 140 meters away, when heavy rain comes, it "incarnates" as a drainage device, which can discharge 25,000 liters per minute.

He lay down at 4 in the morning, rested for more than three hours, and rushed to the stagnant point with the team early in the morning.

Sun Hongtao said that he should have been in Henan at this time.

"As a national-level emergency rescue team for production safety, we were originally scheduled to be dispatched to Henan for drainage and rescue operations. However, when the fireworks hit, we carried out rescue operations on the spot according to the arrangement to ensure the safety of the people in production and life."

The leader of the Zhoushan Blue Sky Rescue Team, Ye Jianbo, left an old community in Dinghai District, Zhoushan an hour ago. After receiving news of rising water, he immediately led the team back to the scene.

"The terrain here is relatively low, coupled with continuous precipitation, the tide has not receded, and it is difficult for the accumulated water to drain out for a while." Ye Jianbo and his teammates continued to stick to the scene to transfer the masses, and the residents living on the first floor were taken out of the stagnant area by relay. .

Near Qingfeng Road in Dinghai District, the reporter met Zhang Hongyong, a construction worker from Qiming Power Construction Branch of State Grid Zhoushan Power Supply Company.

His duty is to come to repair the transformer, "If it's fast, it can be debugged within an hour, so that the nearby residents can restore electricity as soon as possible, and it should not affect the electricity consumption at night."

The staff is working on drainage.

Under the dark sky, the rescue team and construction workers are still busy in the night, and thousands of houses are still lit in the distance.

As of 15:00 on the 26th, Zhoushan City dispatched more than 1,500 rescue teams and transferred about 4,000 people. The distribution network has restored 55 main lines, rushed through 1,394 in Taiwan, and restored power to 15,421 households.

During the Zhoushan period, the wind and rain were big and small, and they never stopped.

But the reporter felt that to most local people, the storm was more like a "bad weather" encountered in ordinary days.

With the wind and rain, life continues.
