For the time being, only five countries, including Italy, will be exempted or relaxed from quarantine measures, but the government wants to expand the number of countries covered.

The "Vaccine Passport" proves that you have been vaccinated against the new coronavirus, and includes your name, nationality, and the date of vaccination.



For those who have a passport (passport) necessary for overseas travel, the municipality will issue a document based on the vaccination record, and applications will be accepted at municipalities nationwide from the 26th. to start.



By presenting your "vaccine passport" at the time of entry, you can be exempted or relaxed from quarantine measures, which means that for the time being, these measures will be available in five countries: Italy, Austria, Turkey, Bulgaria and Poland.



The government wants to expand the target countries in the future, and as soon as coordination with each country is made, it will be announced on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
