Inc.com published a study stating that only 8% of people achieve their goals, and of course there are several reasons why a person cannot achieve his goal in life, especially in the career path or the business path. Journey to success or reaching the goal.

Learning another language may help us enter markets, and great opportunities that we would not have reached without learning that language, and perhaps learning certain software, or obtaining a scientific degree or professional certificate, and in any case we face many challenges in the learning journey, the most important of which is the learning process itself and the achievement of Knowledge, as the subject may require a lot of time as well as mental abilities and skills.

The physicist, Richard Feynman, and the Nobel Prize winner in physics, developed a very simple and effective technology at the same time, as his technology helped millions of people accelerate the learning process and save a lot of time, and thus they succeeded in reaching their goals through learning.

The main concept on which the technology is based is if you cannot explain something easily, then you did not understand it well, meaning that your explanation of the subject easily is evidence of your understanding and depth in that subject, and this has been proven by practical evidence in many studies carried out by British universities, and based on them The concept of "peer learning" or "peer learning" was introduced. Feynman's theory is based on four stages, in the first stage the study of the subject you want to learn is an initial study for two or three hours.

The second stage is to write what you have understood in your own way and in the easiest way possible, and here the learner retrieves what has been established in his mind and prints it on the computer or with paper and pen.

As for the third stage, it is an attempt to explain the topic to another person, and to make sure that he understands the topic, and if that is not possible, then what you wrote down in your own style is reviewed with what has been studied, and then the gaps and weaknesses are identified.

The fourth stage comes, which is to return to the study of the subject and make sure that the gaps are filled and the weaknesses are addressed, then the study of the subject is expanded, and the previous four steps are repeated.

This method benefits students at all stages of study, as well as master's and doctoral researchers, as well as anyone who wants to learn a new topic, as it increases the efficiency of collection, reduces stress and boredom, and increases the amount of information that is collected. Feynmank focused on the importance of studying in depth, and trying Explain what we learn, and focus on the person to differentiate between knowing the details of the thing and knowing the name of the thing, as many people are satisfied with knowing the titles and names of things and claiming knowledge, and this will not benefit them much, but the successful people delve deeper into knowledge, and therefore they can use that knowledge to improve their situation and achieving their goals, and learning remains one of the topics that never ends talking about, and learning remains the best way to achieve our wishes.
