On July 23, Luoyang, Henan, Shanxi fire rescue personnel used the "Dragon Water" drainage vehicle to quickly drain the accumulated water in the underground garage of Furuicheng Community, Yanshi District, Luoyang City, and relieve the local people's worries about waterlogging.
The flood caused by the heavy rain caused the underground garage of the community to be flooded and the power system was paralyzed. More than 600 households have been without water and electricity for three days and three nights.
At 19:00 on the 23rd, the Shanxi fire rescue team dispatched 14 people in 3 vehicles, including high-power urban drainage trucks, to drain water from the underground garage of the Furuicheng community overnight.
As of 9:00 on July 24, 12,000 tons of water have been discharged.
