In Kagawa Prefecture, it was confirmed that five men and women under the age of 10 to 60s in Takamatsu City and Utazu Town were newly infected with the new coronavirus.
All of them are close contacts or contacts of people who have been confirmed to be infected.
Infection was confirmed in 2160 people in Kagawa prefecture.
