Fukushima Prefecture announced on the 23rd that it was confirmed that 24 new people were infected with the new coronavirus.
The new infections were confirmed in 15 people in Koriyama City, 6 people in Fukushima City, and 1 person each in Iwaki City, Motomiya City, and Kawamata Town.
The number of confirmed infections in the prefecture has been announced for 152 consecutive days, bringing the total number of infected people to 5,266.
