The newly revised "Regulations on the Administration of Pig Slaughter" will come into effect on August 1. On July 23, Guo Wenfang, head of the Fourth Legislative Bureau of the Ministry of Justice, introduced at the State Information Office briefing. This new revision summarizes the management of pig slaughter. Some of the experience and practices of the company have elevated it to a legal system, which has further improved the management system of all aspects of pig slaughter.
A credit record system and a "blacklist" system for the pig slaughter industry have been established. Those who have been sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or higher for food safety crimes shall not engage in pig slaughter management activities for life.
