At about 11:20, two elderly people with disabilities in the old community on the west side of the intersection of Wuyi Road and Laodong Road were trapped in their homes. The Hongqi Fire Rescue Brigade of Xinxiang City immediately went to rescue the elderly.
At 2 o'clock in the morning, the commanders of the Muye Brigade of the Xinxiang City Fire Rescue Detachment moved an 89-year-old man to a safe area.
