On July 21, 2021, the "Nanjing New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Headquarters Announcement on Further Strengthening Epidemic Prevention and Control Work" (No. 1) clarified that all types of public transportation must implement masks, body temperature testing, and Prevention and control requirements such as code verification, prohibition of passengers with red and yellow codes, ventilation and disinfection.

In order to strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control measures, starting from July 22, all passengers entering the subway station must actively present their health code and undergo a temperature test. Passengers who display the "green code" can enter the station and board the train.

  For the elderly, children, or other passengers who are not proficient in using mobile phones, they can go to the site to register on paper information, or another person can declare and generate a health code online according to regulations, which will be presented by the companion, or printed as a paper copy Carry it as a spare (it must be printed in color, the health code displays the green code and the printing time is within 7 days).

  Nanjing Metro reminds that passengers who take the subway must wear masks throughout the journey, do not take them off in the middle, and consciously accept body temperature checks, reduce conversations, reduce contact, and spread the wait as much as possible.

  It should also be noted that, in accordance with the needs of epidemic prevention, the Nanjing Metro S1 Line (Nanjing South Station-Lukou Airport) will be suspended from July 21.

Subway S7 and S9 lines will be closed and skipped at Xiangyu Road South Station, Lukou Airport Station, Konggang Jiangning Station, and Tongshan Station, which are located in Jiangning and Lishui risk and closed control areas.
