　　On July 22, at a press conference held by the Information Office of the State Council, Guo Tingting, Director of the Comprehensive Department of the Ministry of Commerce, introduced that China’s actual use of foreign capital in the first half of the year was 607.84 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 28.7%; the number of newly established foreign-funded enterprises increased rapidly in the first half of the year, exceeding 23,000 stores, an increase of 47.9%, and more than 1.06 million stores have been established.
