Luban's spirit of excellence and continuous progress has a long history in our architecture industry.

Because we think the construction industry is a very important industry in Hong Kong.

As you can see, how has Hong Kong's architecture developed so well, or how has the entire society developed so well?

Everyone must work hard to build.

So we feel that for young people, we must give them more encouragement.

When we look at the development of a young person in the industry as a whole, we select different "youth Lubans".

You see these (young people) we awarded this morning, mainly because (the winners) have a certain level of management and other cognition.

[Explanation] "2021 Youth Luban Election" awarded 9 awards including "Youth Luban Award" and "Building Technology Award", aiming to enable young practitioners to build a deeper understanding of the construction industry and promote Luban culture.

A total of 53 young people in the industry won awards.

Wu Shiwei, a Hong Kong construction practitioner who has just entered the industry for two years, won two awards, the "Youth Luban Award" and the "Construction Award" that day.

It's fake to say that it's not hard work, it's all fun in hard work, so getting this award is an affirmation of myself.

I think (working in architecture) is the greatest satisfaction, because I can see a building built from scratch.

Because I built a bridge, I really saw it start from piling, then foundation and pillar, to witness that it was produced, as if raising a child by myself.
