It's getting hotter and hotter.

Yesterday (22nd), the daytime high temperature in Seoul was 35.9 degrees Celsius, and this summer also broke the highest temperature.

The momentum of the heat is not expected to be dampened for the time being.

Even in the morning, the temperature in Mok-dong, Seoul is over 30 degrees, and there are many places near the coast where the temperature doesn't drop below 25 degrees even at night.

Even so, the high temperature and humidity of the North Pacific high-pressure wind is passing through the mountain range and is heating up even more in the western part. The area will be hotter.

The heat builds up more and more, and tomorrow, the weekend, the highest daytime temperature in Seoul will rise to a whopping 37 degrees Celsius, and the midsummer heatwave will reach its peak.

Due to atmospheric instability today, there will be showers in the central and northern inland from afternoon to night, and strong winds will blow in Jeju.

Also, you need to be careful as there are times when there are strong waves crashing around the coast.

Please take good care of your health in the prolonged heat, and have a good weekend.
