According to Vilfand, by the weekend it will get colder in the European part of Russia: the temperature will be below normal, including in the Central Black Earth Region - two degrees lower, in the south of European Russia - by one degree.

"According to the most preliminary calculations, there is an increased likelihood that at the beginning of next week the high pressure area from the west will begin to move to European territory," RIA Novosti quoted the forecaster.

He clarified that "too high temperatures up to 30 degrees" are not expected.

Earlier, Vilfand said that temperatures in the European part of Russia will be below normal by the weekend.
