Meat production is responsible for 14.5% of the planet's greenhouse gas emissions.

In response, a company has created a vegetable steak that reproduces the taste, consistency and nutritional benefits of meat.

“Beyond Meat” is now available in 30,000 distribution points around the world.

The company's revenue increased by 250% between 2018 and 2019.

This success, Beyond Meat owes it to its research to reinvent the vegetable steak and make it almost identical to meat.

Very consumed by people who eat animal proteins, this alternative saves billions of liters of water and its production pollutes much less than that of a normal steak.
