Britney Spears' dad may start to worry.
The lawyer chosen by his daughter, Mathew Rosengart, announced an “aggressive approach” to have Jamie Spears dismissed from his role as tutor, as the singer has long claimed.
“My firm and I are taking an aggressive and expeditious approach to file a motion to remove Jamie Spears.
Unless he resigns on his own, ”the singer's legal representative told ET.

It also appears that the removal of Jamie Spears from her daughter's guardianship is just a first step in what lies ahead. “I want to file a complaint against my father for abusive guardianship. I want my father to be investigated, ”Britney Spears made clear at the July 14 hearing. Mathew Rosengart, for his part, leaves a door open for negotiation, encouraging him once again to "withdraw voluntarily, because it is in the best interest of the person under supervision".
Britney Spears' father has always refused to take his daughter's affairs out of business, simply saying that he "would prefer" that she did not need to be in guardianship. No member of Britney Spears' family seems to have opposed Jamie Spears or bothered to listen to the singer's wishes, either, as evidenced by her latest statements on Instagram.
If Britney Spears seems very alone in her entourage, she can nevertheless count on her fans, and in particular the #FreeBritney movement which has been campaigning for years for her to regain control of her life.
