Yesterday (the 19th) was also hot, but today and tomorrow, the heat will only get worse.

As the heatwave warning has been strengthened once more, heatwave warnings are now in effect in most of the western regions.

As the heat builds up one by one, tomorrow will reach the peak of this heat wave.

Seoul will record a whopping 36 degrees Celsius.

In the hot weather, there are showers forecast for many areas across the country today.

Due to the unstable atmosphere, there may be thunderstorms in central and Honam areas.

If you look at the satellite image right now, it is clear that there are clouds intermittently passing through the country. Even if the showers pass everywhere today, the duration is so short that it will be mostly clear and the UV index will be very strong.

Daytime highs will rise to 34 degrees in Seoul, 35 degrees in Daejeon, and 34 degrees in Daegu.

Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow will reach the peak of this heat wave, and the sweltering heat of around 35 degrees will continue.
