Six new cases were confirmed in Koriyama City, and one each in Iwaki City, Fukushima City, Aizuwakamatsu City, Sukagawa City, and Motomiya City.
The announcement of infection confirmation in the prefecture was made for 148 days in a row, and the total number of infected people reached 5,198.
As of the 18th, the bed usage rate was 29.6%, which is higher than the 20% of the second most serious "Stage 3" standard when the government subcommittee classifies the infection status.
