A doctor advises patients with pancreatitis not to eat green apples

A Russian doctor advised a group of people who suffer from some diseases not to eat sour green apples, which may worsen their health.

An endocrinologist and nutritionist, Tatiana Bocharova, spoke to the Russian news agency "Sputnik" about a group of people who are not advised to eat this type of fruit.

According to the doctor, people with pancreatitis or bile malfunction should not eat this fruit.

At the same time, she advises these people to eat sweet items.

If diagnosed with these diseases, it is not recommended to eat more than one apple a day, provided that it is an hour after eating a main meal and not on an empty stomach.

According to the doctor, sour apples can harm the enamel of the teeth, so the person must wash the mouth and teeth with water.

In conclusion, I advised people who do not suffer from these diseases, not to eat more than two apples per day of this type, because the acidity can irritate the mucous membrane and as a side effect can increase the appetite to eat.
